April challenge

Hello everyone and welcome to a bit of a special month here at Stampalot Challenge........................it's our Birthday.........woohoooooooooo..........we are one year old today.

And what a fabulous year it had been, the support from all of you peeps out in blogland has been phenomenal and of course it's you who have made our challenge such a success. Thank you one and all.

Now as well as our Birthday it's April Fools Day !! So this means a brand new challenge, but we've also got something a bit special lined up with a twist or two. And have you noticed our new look ? I thought it matched this months theme rather well................the theme has been selected by our very own Lady (Janice) Stampalot who has come up with:

"Ladies and Fashion"

I wonder what you will come up with for this one, I can see so many possibilities and am so looking forward to seeing all your entries. For one lucky winner, this is the prize on offer from Sir Stampalot:

So now for the real fun bit.........this month the Design Team will be displaying their work on their own blogs only. And here we have a collection of pictures and pieces of artwork.............I was going to jumble them all up, but I thought that would be a bit too wicked, so I have paired them up.......a picture of each DT member along with a piece of their work with they have selected which they think best depicts their style of crafting plus a snipped from their DT piece for the month.

Have you guessed what you need to do......that's right, you have to decide which of our Design Team fits which Mystery DT member by popping round all their blogs and leaving them a comment. When you think you have the answers mail me brenda@ibas.co.uk with your list (no 1 is ? and so on). There will be a prize for three winners selected from those with all or the most correct pairings that reach me before 25th April. Any after that date will not be included.

Now I have a couple of welcomes to extend. The first to our new DT member Lynne, please join me in giving her a warm welcome and do pop along to her blog to check out her lovely work. It's certainly straight in at the deep end with our Birthday activity for Lynne, but she was well up for it and I know she will fit into the team a treat.And we also welcome this months Guest designer Sandra who has joined in with our Birthday fun. Her picture and work are amongst those below and as with all DT members, her Guest Designer piece is on her own blog.
